Sansui India — washing machine issue

My call was registered with Sansui customer care on 16.05.2018.
registered number [protected].
No on is revered from service center after first visit.
Tried calling service center staff but no one is bother to answer my call.
I was been told that motor has to be change as the spinier is not working .
My product is under warranty . it is highly inconvenienced that i am facing .
washing machine is daily use product and these people not catering proper service .
