I purchesd refrigerator with invoice no. Spp-02204 on[protected] with extended warranty of 3 years. After one year it started giving problem, your engineer came 2-3 times to fix it but he was unable to do it, instead of fixing it he always give some new suggestions to off refrigerator for 2 or 3 days than it will start working. Every time there is some new problem in the refrigerator.

If there will be loss of any thing (Most important life) because of refrigerator than you people will be risponsible for it.

Being a precaution measure change it immediately as you people are unable to fix the problem after trying many times.

This is last time i am registering the complaint, if you will not provide me the new refrigerator than i have to take further steps.

    Dear, sargam electronics
    I bought all home appliances from you and also a split lg ac with your amc scheme. At the time of buy ac, seles executive promise me, that we will provide the service at home within 48hrs max during the amc period and bought this also.

    After a year my ac is not working so i made a complaint regarding my ac on sat 10 aug 2019 and promise me to resolve the issue by 11 aug 2019.

    After two days i again call n again they promise for tomorrow. This loop still continues, can you explain to me, what's going on? Are you joking with the customer by selling amc service? This is not acceptable, will never recommend sargam electronics.

      Dear sargam,
      I do have purchased on split ac of diakin with the invoice no of indir-19-3261 dated[protected] from vaibhav khand branch indirapuram.
      During the sale your executive abhinav mishra commited that installation has been done with in 48 hour.

      Today is 14th august & none of person from the installation came to install.

      This poor level of the commitment make my decision not to go ahead with you.

      Kindly arrange to collect your ac unit from my premise & cancel my invoice.

      Also hold my cheque of rs 3999 which was given as first emi & return same to me.

      Treat it very on urgent basis.

        Pathetic after sales services. They always give wrong information on a. C. Installation charges and home delivery charges. Never provide correct information on installation charges and give discount on a. C. Before sales. Customer thinks they are giving best rate in market but when installation people come home they ask for same discounted price as "company norms" and say if you do it from outside the warranty becomes void. This is clear cheating with the customer. Not at all happy with these cheap kind of tricks.

            I will purchase a window ac from sargam electronic model town company name o general on date of 25/04/2019. The ac is not proper cooling i have submit so many complent but your macanic come and wash the ac. One time the macanic replace the ac gas but the problem is still i will submit the last complent on 06/07/2019 but no one come and only one masage is come your complent is solved. Sir please change the ac as early as possible other wise i will go to consumer court.

              Subject:samsung product request number is [protected]. Defected (Brand new) refrigerator sold by samsung
              Cooling problem in brand new refrigerator.

              Sir
              I bought a samsung refridgerator, (670 litres) from sargam electronics on 10th of may 2019 march 2018, bill no kb-19-1851 hardly 10 days have passed and we noticed that fridge has started giving me cooling problems.

              The freezer compartment is not cooling properly i. E, it is not freezing ice..in the recent days, the frozen foods kept inside the freezer got spooled due to this problem.
              We contacted to sargam electronics for almost 1 week but there was no positive response from their side...
              Then i registered a complaint at customer care...
              After registering complaint...1 engineer came for checking... And admitted that there’s problem in this fridge...
              He placed some meter inside the fridge to check the cooling logs...
              After 48 hours he visited again and removed that device... And he said that there’s gas chocking problem in this fridge... He made his service report of gas choking due to some internal copper tube choking...
              Next day phone call came from okhla head office from mr ashish he said that our senior executive from our head office will visit your premises...
              Next day mr. Harun (Hod service) visited... And said there’s a problem in pcb of this fridge and we will change pcb...
              I got pcb changed... A day later... The executive told us to wait for another 48 hours...
              After that... We found that same problem existed in our fridge...
              I had rounds of talk with mr ashish (Hod customer service)
              He again send some executives and they again placed some temperature checking meters in our fridge...
              Finally... After another 48 hours
              The executive came to remove the meter from the fridge... Told us that there’s some manufacturing defect in this fridge...
              But still there was no response from ashish ji, who earlier gave me assurance that it was the last and final step before replacing your fridge...
              Next
              I mailed to ceo desk of samsung, hoping to get some solution...
              I call came from mr gaurav ceo desk contact no[protected]
              (Extension number: 9654)
              He also requested me to follow the same process again...
              I naratted him my problem that everyday our food items are getting spoiled and out medicines are at high risk...
              Mr gaurav forced me to allow again an engineer to visit my place... He also promised me that... Plz give us last chance
              And that’s the final visit to place some meters in your fridge... After
              That... There will be no visit
              I had no choice...
              I again allowed him to send engineer... Who again checked with some meters... And he also concluded that there’s some serious defect in your fridge...
              Almost 10 visits of top most engineers from samsung...
              I am sorry to say that samsung customer support team is of no use
              They can’t understand what kind of harassment customer is facing...

              Day by day we are getting harassed by the way samsung is dealing in after sale service...
              I am not able to focus in my business
              I am mentally harassed by explaning my problem to customer care...
              I have placed some life saving medicine of my father and mother in this fridge... These medicines are at high risk
              Please help me regarding this issue... Plz replace this fridge on urgent basis
              Why should customer suffer for defected piece sold by samsung...
              In case you fail to address this issue within the next ten days, you can be assured of hearing from my lawyers soon.

                I bought symphonu cooler from sargam electronics from indirapuram branch. Firstly they show us open box piece and said no other stock available later they delivered us defective piece. The whole water from cooler front is coming outside and i made so many complaints to them but none of sales employee were able to solve the issue. Only after the one day of delivery when i asked them to get it exchanged, theu totally denied that product once deliver can’t be exchanged or non returnable.
                However i am facing this issue from sargam electronics and regretting myself that why i purchases this from

                  Am your 5 years old loyal customer and big fan of HItachi company due to its brand name and unmatched quality products. But...I have very bad experience since few days.

                  I bought the 1.5 Ton Split AC on 10th May 2019 (attached is invoice for the same) from local dealer (Sargam Electronics, invoice attached) in Ambala which we suppose to gift to my sister. Everything was fine until we request (30-May-2019) Hitachi customer care to install the AC in our home and when he opened the box we found broken AC inside the box (attached are pics).

                  We immediately report about it to dealer (Sargam Electronics) same day and told them about incident, he said don't worry he will replace the broken piece and request us to bring it to shop. We did the same as he requested. Today is 11th June and we are still waiting...

                  Today I lost my patience and decide to complaint about it to you as nobody is listening to me here. I don't want to put it on social media but they are forcing me to do that. For your knowledge I am IT expert and running my small company here, we help people to promote their websites on search engine and social media. -[protected]

                    My self is Sunny Tiwari, i bought a air conditioner from sargam electronic from Rohini Branch on 08/04/2019. i chose the ac to bought of model no- SAC LG KSAQ18SNXD, but staff of there delivered wrong model to our home and after three days they got to know we have delivered the wrong once. during three days we were asking from the sales man to install this soon, he only convinced us it would be installed today whenever we made him call. after three to four days sales man got to know i have sent the wrong model please exchange this into which you choose. we considered it no problem mistakes can be done. but seriously since then ac has been installed its not cooling. we have three more ac in our home and they all are four to five years old. but the Ac which we have bought new one form the sargam electronic doesn't cool the room as well others do. relatives and neighbour also tell that ac has any technically fault. It feels sargam electronics has delivered any scraps air conditioner to us.it must be cooling in the room .we seriously request you to get it checked one the ac may it has any technical and manufacturing problem that is why it does not work properly .. please send your any capable engineer so that he could check once so that we can get the confirmation relevant to the ac that is the fine. please make me call on my number [protected], i am also attaching the invoice of AC from where we bought it. please leave the message soon.

                      I had bought Daikin A/C - Model - SACFTF50RRV1615* from Sargam Electronics, Model Town II, Delhi - 110009 having Bill No. SMT-03564 on 4-JUN-2016. Along with the A/C I had also bought an AMCfor 3 years valid till 4-JUN-2020.

                      This Air Conditioner is of very poor quality.

                      It had leakage issues in cooling coil due to which all gas had leaked. After a complaint made on 27-MAR-2018 and multiple follow-ups the leakage was fixed by soldering the coil under AMC. And it was promised that if a leakage occurs again, the coil would be replaced.

                      The same issue occurred this year and a complaint was made on 24-MAR-2019. Again, the leakage was fixed by soldering the coil under AMC instead of fulfilling the promise of replacing the coil.

                      Looking at the track record with the quality of product, the problem would again occur next year or even sooner and after 4-JUN-2020 I wouldn't have an AMC to rely upon. After that I would have to get the item soldered again every year and get the gas refilled which is a lot of expenditure which I would have to incur on yearly basis because the company sold me a faulty, poor quality and sub-standard product.

                      I want either the company replace the faulty product or take the ownership of fixing the coil and refilling the gas on its expenditure whenever the leakage occurs until the compressor is under warranty(10 years).

                        This is to bring to your attention my utter displeasure and anger regarding the deceptive attitude of your company's salesperson working in sargam electronics mayur vihar phase 3 new kondali.

                        I purchased a lloyd air conditioner model no ls18136fi from sargam electronics on 2nd june 2019 at about 2 pm. Your company's sales women geeta kumari told me that i'll have to pay ₹1500 for installation of it and freight charges and nothing else. I asked her emphatically thrice if there exist any hidden charges to which she denied everytime citing the fidelity of your company. However after installation iwas asked to pay for the stand extra that is ₹800 and when i called her to clarify she in a careless and angry tone denied having lied. Also she handed over a phone to a male employee who talked in an even worse tone. Also along with this they didn't keep those brass nuts necessary in installation and denial that too in packet bag so installation have taken 500 extra for it.in simple words they were neither listening nor behaving politely.
                        I am saddened and feels betrayed not because i had to pay an extra amount but the deceptive and rude attitude of those people.
                        This kind of rough behavior and lies will only downgrade your market reputation and at least i am not going to recommend anyone to buy lloyd products.
                        At the end i would just like to request you if possible take strict action against her and please ensure fairness in your deals.

                        Nothing they have communicate with me, i don't think they have taken any action . Even they didn't inform me what should i do for which amount i had payed for missing nuts. I don't know exactly who is actually responsible for it (Sargam electronic or Lyord ) but i totally blame e to Sargam Electronic for his irresponsibility and arrogance.

                        They won’t even bother addressing ur complaint

                        I myself have been doing that since last year even to the owner of Sargam electronics Deepak Bansal, manager of sector 29 store in gurugram and service head KL Sachdeva for which I have all the recordings and proofs but nothing has been done till date.

                        They ain’t even willing to address the complaint because probably according to the owner and his associates they have sold the products by hook or by crook and their job is done

                        They are cheaters, money extortionists, they have traumatised me, harassed me in every possible way because I was alone but don’t be scared of anything people out govt is the best they will definitely do something

It is under warranty period nd i am veryvery very much irritated nd frustrated, this 3 rd class ac nd your service plus this harsh weather. I am very much irritated nd frustrated.                               The refrigerator conditions is very poor who's me delivered.
                              I complained it to salesman of same saragam electronics.. Namely sanjay chourasiya ""that it's not fair that you are cheating/fraud with me.. That not my products who's i booked in your shop please provide me my products"" but sanjay chourasiya talk with me very rudely they are never give a sufficient idea me for that's problem.
                              Next day 03/05/2019 received me a call from whirlpool branch... I told him all problems... They commit me that when my agent comes your address for demo than you complained for that's problem we solved your problem very soon. But after that i have never been received any call from any company's and shop.

                              May i request to that i invest a amount of 14, 500/- for a new refrigerator please provide me my new refrigerator in safe.. Secure and slim conditions who's i booked... Before monday 20/05/2019

                              Otherwise i registered a complaint against its fraud in consumer court.

                                The refrigerator conditions is very poor who's me delivered.
                                I complained it to salesman of same saragam electronics.. Namely sanjay chourasiya ""that it's not fair that you are cheating/fraud with me.. That not my products who's i booked in your shop please provide me my products"" but sanjay chourasiya talk with me very rudely they are never give a sufficient idea me for that's problem.
                                Next day 03/05/2019 received me a call from whirlpool branch... I told him all problems... They commit me that when my agent comes your address for demo than you complained for that's problem we solved your problem very soon. But after that i have never been received any call from any company's and shop.

                                May i request to that i invest a amount of 14, 500/- for a new refrigerator please provide me my new refrigerator in safe.. Secure and slim conditions who's i booked... Before monday 20/05/2019

                                Otherwise i registered a complaint against its fraud in consumer court.

                                  I bought a voltas ac today from sargam vasundhara branch. I received a defective remote whose screen display was not working. The engineer who came for installation asked me to call them but nobody picked up the call. This is really humiliating and disturbing as you are not sending proper stuffs after receiving the full payment. I want my remote to be delivered at my doorstep by 12 pm tomorrow otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

                                  Still my has not been resolved and the shop is not ready to listen... I received the ac in a box of some other ac which took back with them and also I didn't receive any manual for the ac.

                                    We have purchased o general split ac 1.5 t from your ambedkar road ghaziabad branch in march'2017. Along with ac we have availed extended warranty by paying rs.4800.00. The extended warranty is valid from 12/03/2018 to 11/03/2020.
                                    We have called your customer care on 03.05.19 & booked complaint that our o general split ac 1.5 t is not working & they have assured that within 48 to 72 hrs complaint will be attend. But it is very disgusting that merely 120 hrs have passed & our complaint was not attended.
                                    Now i request you to look in the matter & do the needful. Otherwise i am free to take any action to safe guard my rights.

                                      I purchesd refrigerator with invoice no. Spp-02204 on[protected] with extended warranty of 3 years. After one year it started giving problem, your engineer came 3-4 times to fix it and changed the pannel, gas pipeline and fan in the ice chamber but still the ice chamber is not working. Istead of fixing properly they always give some non scence suggestions to off refrigerator for 2 or 3 days than it will start working.

                                      I have already made the complaint by call on 25-april-2019 but there is no response from your side till now.

                                      Fifth time i am registering the complaint.

                                      This is fifth time i am complaining about the refrigerator, if you can not solve the problem than change the refrigerator otherwise i will complaint in consumer court.
