We paid for 2 Carrier split Ac. On the date promised it never came. After much persuasion, they said they can supply one. When we complained to carrier, they supplied a used one (the installer asked whether we were using it before) and we had to repair it twice. They also promised a gift which they never delivered. But they kept on asking whether we received. Finally they asked us to come and collect it. My time and travelling would cost more.

My mob. is [protected] which they called several times and assured your gift will reach home but finally they wanted me to come and collect it since they did not have person to deliver. I said forget it and without giving consideration for these false attraction, now I bought further ACs from Amazon with cash discounts. FYI

Dear Sir,

I have booked blue Star AC in uour purasaiwalkam branch on 5th may.,
and delivery done by 23rd may... blue star installer came to install today and he said there is difference between indoor unit and out door unit .. he simply sais contact sathya Agencies... may I know one thing for only one Ac you people doing like this in service .very worst sathya Agencies I am going to excalate this is very series. through social media... there is no proper response from your show room people
