Dear Sir/Madam, This is M. Seetharaman from Ambattur. I have purchased Samsung K5570 32inches Television when you arranged exhibition in Chennai Trade Centre in the last week of March 2017. But still now I have not received Bill and gift item even after so many followups. if you are not able to give gift item atleast you give the bill for the Television. I was purchase Onida 1ton Ac on 29th Apr, they told installation will complete with in 48hrs, but still now installation not done. So many follow up we are doing Sathya agency in singaperumal koil branch, they are not response properly.
Don't by any item from sathya agency.
They not give proper response to customer.
