Dear Sir, I was retired from Army with the rank of Subedar Major Honorary Lieutenant on 31 Mar 2004 vide subject PPO. As per the Govt Order my persion scale has been revised from Rs 13, 500/- to Rs 15, 465 since 24 September 2012. But till date I am getting my pension on old scale i.e.13, 500/- pm. I requested bank authority who ultimately directed my request to your office on 04 July 2014. Ten months have been elapse but no action so far been taken from your office.
