Sbi Bank Blr — No response from the branch

I have sent an email to sbi hal branch 'sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in' to change the home branch address to the SBI pune branch. I am getting no response from them. This was suggested by other SBI branch offices, to send an email and the address will be changed. Accnt #:[protected].
