SBI Bank — Faulty 500 note received through sbi atm

Hi,

I have withdrawn Rs1500 on 19th Feb 2016 from SBI ATM at Mumbai Ghatkopar Patel Chowk in that 500 Rupees is faulty.

Two different notes with different serial number are stick together which will not be accepted by any Bank.
Please check the attached screen shot for the same

I also visited SBI bank (Branch : Ghatkopar East) to inform about the scam and get the resolution. the employees was only asking me to go here and there and not taking the responsibility. And not interested to Help Customer.

My request is to SBI And HDFC bank as my account is with HDFC and I withdrawn money from SBI ATM.
Please Look into the matter and Kindly reimburse my 500 Rs at earliest.
