SBI Buddy — Fraud transaction

On 04th feb 2016 evening at 1 pm one person took my ICICI Debit and Credit Card details and transacted the value of Rs.5000 in flood fund.
For that fraud I already spoke to MPESA regarding the fraudulent transactions took place from my account. Date of Transaction 04.02.16 12.30pm Amount INR.: 5000.00. unfortinally the another time my account to debit in Rs.4500.
iam going to inform to bankmanager. bank manager ask to CD form registered. u
compliants problem solved. 13.02.16 icici bank message is coming your reguest is decline.. iam sock... pls help me ...
