Dear Sir/ Madam This is with regards to my SBI Credit card payment, I had a failed transaction reported in the month of January 2019 with following complaint no. C-1433A2486231 and R-1433A2837438. But till date no action is been taken and they are being charging me late payment fee to my credit card till date. This issue is already raised through IRCTC call center and mails, and always got a reply that same is not claimed by IRCTC. I have been requesting to provide me the transaction details for making the claim with IRCTC. But till date no one has made an effort to respond. Only I have received the mails for one of the executive Chavda Niraliben as below : This is with reference to your communication dated 17/3/2020. Transaction Dispute: We wish to inform you that we have intervened the matter with due diligence, however, we would not be in a position to resume liability for monetary loss in connection to events as described by you. We request you to make early arrangements to pay the amount to avoid any further incurring charges on the card account. The Current Outstanding as of date, on your card account is Rs. 14, 994.7 payable to us. We do hope that despite this occurred incident you would-not think unkindly o[censored]s and we will get the opportunity to serve you in the future under more favorable circumstances. How they assure that this is not the fault of SBI credit card. Unless they provide me the transaction details, how shall I will be in the position to claim from the IRCTC.
