Sbi Central Pension Processing Cell Hyderabad — Stoppage of medical allowance from defence pension

Dear Sir, I am an exserviceman retired from Indian Navy in Aug 1994. I am drawing pension vide PPO No. 09/97/B/S/1250/1994 through S B Account No. [protected] and PPO Unique No. R02824068 from Main Branch of State Bank of India, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. I have applied for stoppage of medical allowance from pension for joining Exserviceman Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) and for endorsing the same on the application form in Apr 2015. However, the bank has not yet received the clearence for endorsing the same. Once again, on 20.05.2015 I applied again for the same. I request you kindly issue the necessary clearence to the branch at the earliest to enable me for getting the endorsement on the application form.
