R/sir, Name :- Satpute Kalpana Bhaiyya Add.-Sudampuri Ward No. 06, Near Hanuman Mandir Wardha- 442001A/c No. :- [protected] Mo No. [protected] Branch: State Bank of India Main Branch I am widow of a serving soldier, who has lead his life for the nation on 05 Aug1992 I have been granted special family by PCDA(P) Allhabad vide thier PPO No. S/CORR/403759/2014 dated 10 Nov. 2014 pertaining to No. 13914544W Late Ex- Hav Bhayya Satpute.So Please Revised Rate of Special Family Pension Basic Rs. 8712/- p.m ( Rupees Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve Only) payable p.m wef 24/09/2014. So kindly accept my complaint & revised my special family pension with arrears from dated 24/09/12 credit to my account as early as possible. Thanking you Smt Kalpana B. Satpute
