SBI Credit Card — Credit card Compromised- Hacked -fraud | |||
Dear Sir, I am valued customer of SBI credit card, find my card got compromised and some unwarranted transaction happens. I need you urgent support to chargeback/ revert the transaction. On Aug 23, 2021, I received a call from SBI customer care number -+[protected] which printed back on Credit card. Screen shot attached. They address two things 1. Provide the new SBI card- which I frequently received to upgrade the existing one. 2. Change of address- Culprits called SBI customer care number -+[protected] Another number- [protected] In view of verification person took all the relevant information to transfer the balance /credit limit to new upgraded cards and rewards transfer and fraudulent transactions. I doubts when he asked some information, said we are from SBI need this information for authentication. He has taken new address details as confirm new card will be dispatched within 2-3 days. I waited for that but it doesn't turn up. I suspected and rose the complains for this fraudulent act. Over all SBI Customer care number is compromised and hecked and fraudulent act performed and victimised me In view of COVID situation and less salary please request SBI Credit card team to not to generate the Bills as matter is also pending /registered with Cyber cell and State Police and with you which leads to unnecessary financial burden on me. I am honest and very diligent card users and paid each and every due in time please help me address the same as I put all the fact honestly.
