[Resolved] SBI Credit Card — dispute on outstanding amount | |||
This is wrt the credit due which has been settled in 2010, but is still reflecting as due from their end. I have paid cash to a third party and settled the amount which is not reflecting in their system since the agency must have misused too, Moreover I have lost the acknowledgement copy since I have been transferred to various cities. Currently they are harassing and creating ruckus at my place which is causing social stigma despite explaining to them, this is a grave concern and is very old case. I keep getting calls from various agencies and they come home and create nuisance which is causing hindrance for me and my family. I come from a very respectable and top corporate lead background which is impacting my social life and also cibil rating for no fault of mine. Pl help and let me know course of action, have tried to reach SBI nodal desk too but was a futile effort. Do let me know at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
