SBI Credit Card — Disputed Purchase showing in account

There was a dispute in purchase showing in an SBI card statement on 14th Sept., 2007, (statement attached) which was not done by me but they are claiming payment from me. I raise the dispute on that day sending email to them and raise complain also. But, they did not take any initiative to find the cause of the dispute.

They stopped communication after 14th June 2008 and started adding interest in my account without my knowledge. I have paid whatever outstanding I had on 3rd of each month from the beginning till the last statement received by me and cleared all the dues including interest.

The SBI card was destroyed in front of their Manager Mr. Prasenjit Dhar at their office which was situated at AJC Bose Road, Kolkata.

This year in February when I applied for Home Loan I came to know that my CIBIL score is low due to this dispute as they have added a write off amount. Under this circumstance I am in big trouble.
