[Resolved] SBI Credit Card — FALSE BILLING - NO PROFESSIONALISM IN SERVICE- NO RESPONSE | |||
I paid my credit card bill via cheque in SBI bank ashok nagar, Now they claim they have not paid my bill and when asked about my cheque where they are not even providing an answer, This bill has to be cleared by november 2014 and still they take no interest on my complaint but keep on sending me a bill. After n number of pushes they asked me to contact a person called prabha, whose contact number is[protected] an unprofessional unethical person who cant even pick the call, also once in a blue moon he picks the call but disconnects the line. Also all of sudden i recieved an sms saying my issue is fixed but i still get the bill with penality. my complaint number with sbi credit card is[protected]. can the person who is concerned to this look at this asap.
