[Resolved]  SBI Credit Card — false promises about 10% cash back

i have order for a washing machine through flipkart on[protected] with an exchange of old washing machine and 10% of cash back offer from sbi card. The order was placed through online and was informed bu the representative that the 10% cash back offer will be credited to my sbi credit card within the next billing cycle but till date the amount is not credited nor i have recieved any response from the concern authority. it is the online portal needs to be blamed or the credit card department for propoganti such false and baseless commerical of giving 10% cash back offer and simultanouesly there was also an offer of reward points attached to the shopping done on[protected]. i want an justify answer whether the issue will be resolved by the flipkart or by sbi credit card it needs to be sought out and i want my cash back credited back on priority without any further delay. order id: od[protected] tracking id:wsrr[protected] Regards, Anil Anthony
