SBI Credit Cards — Charging me late payment fee

Dear SBI I Makloor Anil Kumar bearing credit card with number [protected] had last date for payment as 11 jan and I've paid on 11 jan. As per the bill i had to pay 5, 370 but I've paid 5000 only and As per govt I had 3 more extra days but a guy called and levied late payment fee of 750 rs for the extra 370 which I've to pay. I thank you very much for charging me late payment, instead of passing the extra 370 for next billing. I'm going to complain the same to consumer forum in a day if you don't remove the late payment fees. Please check the new rules passed by RBI in july 2015 before charging a customer .
