SBI Credit Cards — Redemption of reward points accumulated of sbi credit card | |||||
1. The matter of rewards redemption has been repeated again and again to SBI cards through email as well as by personally informing their customer care on tele. I don't understand what is their problem comprehending the issue. As a last resort I am now posting this complaint in public domain. 2. This is a long pending issue of redemption of reward points. 3. Let me repeat the problem for here with hope that SBI Credit Cards tries to comprehend it:- (a) I had redeemed my Reward Points on 29 Oct 2015 (Please read that it is the issue of 29 Oct 2015 and not of any other date) for "TWO" vouchers of Shoppers Stop of Rs 500 each. (b) I received one of the vouchers for Rs 500 with e-voucher code ending with 4367 on 31 Oct. The same has been dispatched by them always whenever I rake up the issue with SBI Cards. The other e- voucher code has never been sent & is STILL awaited repeat the second voucher of Rs 500 has never been given, reward points for which have been already deducted from my points balance. The same can be confirmed from my rewards redemption history as the Rs 500 voucher says QUANTITY TWO. 4. This has now been a long pending complaint with now close to 180 days passing of the same having elapsed. 5. Since SBI Cards has found it difficult to resolve even after my repeated complaints, it is time now I have raised the level of the complaint and posted it on the public domain as this has now taken form of HARASSMENT. When I am trying to redeem the points the site is redirected to login page and wbe I am entering the details I am getting the message as 'you hav e logged out successfully"PLS resolve it
