[Resolved] SBI — Fraud transaction made in my father in law sbi credit card | |||||
My father in law holds SBI credit card number [protected]. At[protected] we got a call from unknown person(women) calling from SBI bank. she cheated my old father in law who is not familier with internet transaction. She cheated him by getting all the card details including OTP code to make online transaction saying that bank needs all these details to replace his existing card with a new having photo ID she made 5 transaction in your website for 12500 Rs (each 2500). we called SBI bank and got the below authorisation numbers for each transaction . 1st transcation @ 12.21.54 PM for the amount 2500 Rs - 028674(Authorisation number) 2nd transaction @ 12.22.04 PM for the amount 2500Rs -028727(Authorisation number) 3rd transaction @ 12.22.07 PM for the amount 2500 Rs -028735(Authorisation number) 4th transaction @ 12.22.13 PM for the amount 2500 Rs - 028775(Authorisation number) 5th transaction @ 12.22.17 PM for the amount 2500 Rs - 028792(Authorisation number) we request you to stop this payment immediately and do the needful to return back the fund to our credit card. Please call us in the below mobile number for further details [protected](Jayakumar) [protected](Mr.Jayaraman) we request you to take criminal action against that fraud person immediately in this regard and help us to get back our hard earn money..
