[Resolved] SBI — home loan : wrong debit on account of insurance premium | |||
Taken a home Loan vide account No.[protected]. The insurance premium Rs.9897/- debited on 22.3.17 against policy no.8556244 for a period of 10 years. Now again bank had debited Rs.13986/- on 15.9.18 for another policy no.10005718. Further it is also mentioned that in the past also on 30.1.18 the bank had debited my account with Rs.16503/- on account of insurance premium, which was credited on 21.2.18 on taking up the matter with the bank. This proves that bank is in habit of wrong debiting customers account, if a customer does not keep eyes on his loan account. Was this information helpful? | |||
