SBI — miss behaviour of brangh mnager

i am a student 2 day before i filled an online sbi saving account form for sbi bhura branch in trivenigunj (pin 852139) supaul in bihar. & when i reach to the branch office to submit my form to branch manager in initial conversation he talk to me properly & guided me to complete the mistakes in the form. & named an introducer in form which is necessery. i do the same, & it's take 2 hrs. after that when i tried to meet manager he just denied to receive my form & say he will not open my account when i ask the reason he just say "meri marji" & when i further ask he pointed me his finger & after scolding says just to go out of the bank oterwise he will call his stafs. form other costumers i got that my mistake was that, that i won't approch him through his broker . each & every work of that bank were done through broker no boody is there to do justice i just request to ur team to do justice with me all the evediences you will get from the footeg of cctv cam of bank thanku
