SBIcap Securities — Dividends received by SBIcap securities in pool account not credited immediately but after 1-2 months and that too after vigorous

My dividends were due since June but we’re credited for a few on 6th September and that too they kept on asking me to write and follow up with the RTA whereas they had received the dividends in their pool account.Our money if received immediately would fetch interests but we lose due to their withholding our dividends for long.This shows they are using our money for themselves.
This is grossly against government policy and unfair and illegal too.
Kindly forward this matter to SEBI and RBI to take immediate action against such malpractices.SBIcap has been wasting my lots of presides time by giving false statements everytime.
I shall try snd inform RBI and SEBI as soon as possible
