SBIcards — sbi cards torturing by recovery peoples though there is a complaint made with rbi for the additional charges they made

Reg: additional charges sbicards and dispute raised with bank and rbi ombudsman.

I have been raised complaints and it was not resolved by rbi ombudsman, between many times i have been tortured by many ways by the sbicard recovery peoples. They coming home with many peoples and using all the bad words and shouting like anything. I would like to go everything legally for that i must need your advice guidance.

Sbicard peoples are bringing very worst peoples to door step and they are shouting like anything, but the moment when they talk to their seniors managars they are pretending like they have been potiltly talking to me and all.
How long this will take it for you to resolve it sir?, i couldn't tolerate these kind of illegal things are happening around. And i am unable to withstand without your support for my legal issue to be resolved.

These recovery groups warning me while leaving from house they will keep come and they told me like you are going to face our tortures here after, they shouting like anything to come to bank or police station or asking me to give the payment immediately, i was mailed bank saying i am ready pay what ever i have used the card for payment made from my end, but the extra charges, interest amount they didn't do the waive off. I am not even sure hoe much my cibil value is been affected because of these peoples, all problems from the bank side during the complaint time also i have got many phone call tortures. These recovery groups are very clever, they are using all unprofessional way of all doings with me with all abusing words. "the moment they take video from their phone they have been pretending like they are polite, but many times they are scolding me just to stand in front of the door and asking me to come out immediately, even after i explained them all the issues and i am waiting for rbi ombudsman". He himself threatening me rbi will not help you out on this.in my living place they are creating propaganda saying that i have looted lot money from sbi". And i am absconded.

I was wondering, though we have so many legal systems to handle such issues, but why i am not getting support. Even then these peoples making these much troubles showing i feel like i am abandoned by our system.

Because of these peoples i am stopped attending phone calls nowadays, so my apologize if i don't attend phone calls from any one of you. Please write down.

I hope you will concern about these issue and resolve it soon. Also i need a reference no for the complaint i have made with rbi ombudsman. I have been called to rbi bengaluru no : [protected], [protected], to chennai no [protected]. But call is been not attended, but i don't know why.
