School — need to register complaint in the name of the school

I have daughters who are 5 years old going to one of the reputed school in bandra - mumbai. However yesterday there has been an unacceptable behavior of their teacher hence i need to complaint about the school authorities need to understand the escalation matrix.

My husband had detail discussion with the principle they are blaming the child without any evidence, need justice hence want details
