[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Ajio return picked up but they marked as quality check failed

On June 17 (Friday) Shadowfax rider[protected] came & picked up the return order (RT[protected] successfully, took the pickup code from me & told that you will receive a SMS about successful pickup in a few hours and left. But after some time I received a message that the pickup failed due to a quality check. I mean how is that possible? If the quality check didn't pass as per them, then how did the agent picked up the my return order? So basically now they have picked up my order and marked it as pick up failed in their system. I'm calling their customer care No.[protected] & entering my mobile no & pin then its saying invalid input with automated msg. When mailed ajio customer care they are asking about acknowledgement copy the shadowfax rider never provided.

The delivery guy didn't take my return as it failed the quality check but there is no brand tag on the dress so it's not my fault.. ensure that my return should be as soon as possible as I have already payed money and I want my money as I m not satisfied with the product.

Return my dress ...there is no brand tag and its not fault as I recieved the product like that only...so return it
