Dear Support Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Meesho order with AWB number SF[protected]FPL, which was scheduled for delivery on 26/07/2025 via Shadowfax.

The delivery person claimed that the package was delivered to the reception of my office, but I have confirmed with my receptionist that no package was received. I contacted the delivery person, who then informed me that the package would be delivered on Monday, citing that there was no one at the reception at the time. However, the package has still not been delivered.

This delay and misinformation have caused inconvenience, and I request that necessary action be taken against the delivery personnel and that my package be delivered promptly.
