Placed an order through Nykaa. It was supposed to be delivered the day before yesterday. I called the rider at around 5pm to confirm if he'll deliver. He assured me, and then never turned up. I had ordered the bangles from Zavya and they couriered the same through shadowfax, which was supposed to be delivered on Aug 27. I have paid the cod amount using their official website but when the delivery boy came he said that we didn't receive any payment. He then called his head who very rudely said if you want the product pay now (again) or order will be cancelled. The most fraud company i have ever seen literally scamming people...
