I’m lodging a formal complaint against an online store (Savana) and its delivery partner (Shadowfax) for a clear violation of consumer rights.

Out for delivery since: 17th July, still not delivered
Issue: No delivery attempt, no real-time customer support, automated responses only.
This is causing me significant mental stress and inconvenience. I demand urgent intervention as the company is failing to deliver the product despite full payment and no communication from human support.
The deliver agent's phone number is switched off and there's no response at all.
Please assist me in getting either:
Immediate delivery with proof
OR a full refund
