[Resolved] Shadowfax — Courier boy denied delivery

From the last thre days i was talking with the courier boy everytime he was saying lies. Now he is saying that the courier boy on your route is on leave and we dont know when he will return. Till then your courier will be with us. And he was very rude and miss behaving. Now you tell me what to do next. The courier center is at attingal, kerala. SF[protected]FPL is the order id.

Updated by Akhil Chaluvila Such horrifying experience i have from your delivery guy. He called me and he was shouting and was using bad words. I never experienced something like that from a courier company. Please teach some manners to your employees. Atleast teach them how to behave with the customer. His name is Shibin and his mobile number is [protected]. He is from attingal kerala branch. Finally he told me that he is never going to deliver this order. If you can't deliver your orders please discontinue that particular branch

Horrific experience from courier boy. Yesterday he called me again and he was shouting at me. And he was using bad words . Never experienced something like this from a courier company. Please teach your employees some manners. I was talking with a guy named Shibin. His monole number is [protected]. And he is from attingal branch kerala.
