I lost many orders due to non-pickup of orders. The pickup guy sents fake messages that he tried but failed. He never did!
SF[protected]FPL and many more yet to pick or canceled due to non pickup.
Finally i got the pickup guy number, I called him. He said “sir, pack karne ke baad aapko hume call karna pdta hai fir he hum aate hai🤡”
Is is my duty to call him after generating lables?
Do i have his numbers?
Other company courier company comes for pickup everyday, only having issues with your pickups.
Teach rules to your staff.
I will never use shadowfax again, just here to tell how bad your company employees are!
