        I ordered something from flipkart on 07.08.2022 with delivery date of 15.08.2022. Shadowfax called me on the due date when i requested a call back on their website and they said they have info that due date is 19.08.2022. On 16.08.2022, their website showed product out for delivery, but when i called their delivery number and entered my registered phone number with pin their system just said invalid input. When i requested call back from their website, only response was that someone would call me back in 24 hrs. When i tried calling their customer service number, only got response that someone would call back in 24 hrs and no live agent was available. On 16th, did not get any call back or delivery of my product. Never have i seen such horrible service by a courier.

                Sir it's my hearty words and I felt soo small and sad while receiving this order . I have order combo offered wireless earphones at 1599 ruppes on 2nd August 2022 and i recieved a dummy wired headphones worth ruppes 750 by today (12.8.2022).                   As I had a order for pickup which I given to your partner on 2nd August but he did not give any slip to me and he cancelled that request after said address not found and product he kept self and after a week he said me when I called to him that product was used one that will not accepted by his senior, so now I my amount was wasted due to your fraud behaviour now I am not able to collect my amount from meesho nither product totally due to your fraud, so kindly suggest what I have to do now

                    Send a cod order through pickrr and choose shadowfax courier for delivery. It's a cod order. And order have to deliver on 21 july but there is no status updated after 19 july. Make a lots of complaint but no response. Only i got mail that we are checking. And on 5 aug i got mail that shipment lost in transist and they cant do anything. How they cant do anything and how a shipment can be lost.

                          I have ordered an item from meesho on 23rd July 2022. Today is 05th of August 2022.

                          Still the product is not delivered. The status of the package shown as to be delivered by 2nd augutst.

                          That day I got a message that due to some reason the product is not delivered. I got a call from customer care that, due to vehicle breakdown it was not delivered on 2nd august and will be done on 3rd august.

                          Still not received it and even there is no customer care number listed on the site.

                          Whenever you click contact us it will give you a silly popup.

                            Hello,
                            It was my return product of Ajio AWB R[protected]AJI. The shadowfax pickup agent called me on 31st july 2022 and took the product. Now the thing is it is 4 of august where i am receiving return pickup messages from shadowfax everyday. As i am checking my Ajio application where it is also showing for pickup rescheduled. But in that case i have handed over my returned product to the pickup agent by shadowfax. I have tried calling the pickup agent but he not receiving my calls. And i feel this is fraud happened with me. This is my sincere request to take action and provide resolution asap. Thank you.

                              I ordered few things from an app called as freeup where one seller posted few things as a gift to me in a very cheap price and I brought that. They couriered through shadowfax. The delivery was very late and half of the items were Missing. The seller guaranteed me that she packed it but it was not there in the parcel. The parcel made was fully packed with no tear to fall or get misplaced but still the items was missing. Someone tampered with my parcel from your employees and I can't even raise a complaint on freeup, because they will just tell me to return the parcel and I'll get my money back which is not what I wanted. The items in the parcel were many according to the money and I even have to return the rest of the items. Very pathetic service! I can't even raise a complaint. Please find out who is responsible for such heinous act and take strict actions. I really used to like shadowfax as for delivery but now I'll prefer any other service than this.

                                I had placed an order in Ajio which I have returned due to some reasons, the return pickup is scheduled by shadowfax on August 1st 2022 I got message that the pickup scheduled for today, same day rider came and I have returned my order to him But today i.e 3rd aug 2022 I got message for same order pick up schedule which I have returned on August 1st itself, I am trying to connect to the number provided in message but it is not connecting when i tracked the details I got to know that the return is still in pickup mode. I am providing the screenshots of messages please look inti it ASAP.
