Hello Team,
Below person from Shadowfax Courier services has picked up two of my Meesho products on 16th July 2022 and didn't provided the pickup receipts.
Later on, he has not even updated the same in the system and hence at my end, in my Meesho app, I can see that products are still awaiting to be picked up.
Somehow I managed to found his contact number and after that a week has passed still he is giving excuses that I will return your products, I am not able to find your products, I can provide you the cash of those products but no action from his end. Many times when I call him, he is giving all these excuses.
I tried to raise the same issue with Meesho customer service but they denied to take the complaints on courier services. Right now, I don't have those two products and have lost the amount (Rs. 598) too.
