Shadowfax — complaint about courier boy

Courier boy pick my order but couldn't sent to paytm warehouse so paytm couldn't give my product refund. When i try to call courier boy he asked don't call me i i don't where is your product. Courier boy complete details as shown below

Please give any solution of my problem. My refund 1977rs from paytm not process due to this reason.
Please provide any preferred solution. Please help
