Shadowfax — delivery delayed

I ordered (prepaid) a phone cover from bewakoof on 17th October and the delivery was to be done on 30th October by shadowfax delivery service. I tracked my order, they keep rescehduling my date. They have rescheduled more than 3 times now. And when I call them they are very rude, and they say they can't deliver as they are not in that area .I feel this delivery service is fake. Its a prepaid money. Otherwise it would have mattered
