Shadowfax — Delivery delayed issues

My delivery from savana with tracking number SF[protected]S was supposed to come between 25th to 28th December. Yesterday when I checked the tracking link it said delivery failed due to vehicle breakdown How long will I have to wait for this parcel to reach me? I called on customer service but nothing is happening .This is getting out of hand . today also it showed out for delivery and still did not reach me . I am very disappointed with your service. The rider's phone is switched off and i cannot contact him, Are you doing this deliberately ? I cannot cancel my order . what will i do now???neither i am able to cancel this order nor it is reaching me. Today also it showed vehicle breakdown as a reason . A Vehicle cannot breakdown twice . What is happening
