My customer item not picked up by the shadowfax executive but exeutive put in hold. After 3 successful attempts
It's order by meshow...my customer very angry on me...how they can trust resellers if executives ...playing with customers...status showing 3 attempts but not picked...plz solve my problem.

I want to return the product but the delivery executive call me and take the address but not came to pickup, alraedy 15 days passed away, when they collect back and also the executive submit wrong status in shadfox that "Pick up is put ON HOLD due to Successful 3 attempts done".they never came to pickup how customer satisfy with your services?
