Shadowfax — Fake order delivered at my place by shadowfax team

This is the first time in my life that I, along with my mother, have been dumped by Shadowfax.

Beware of them! They aren't into legit business. They support fake companies that send orders anonymously, especially by cash on delivery.

It was my mother who had taken their order in anticipation of me ordering something online.

She even tried calling me before picking up an order from the delivery boy. Sadly, I was not available at the moment.

My mum tried calling my number three times to confirm if I had placed an order online or not, and then the delivery boy told her that he could not wait so long. He has a lot of orders to deliver.

Innocently, my mother had to give him Rs. 753 in cash. It was a huge scam. In 5 minutes, I called my mom to confirm what happened.

She called me three times and said she had picked up an order. Then I asked her what I have ordered online and she given me a picture of a photo of the order in which I could see my name, address, as well as the name of Vimal Surani, a company that doesn't exist online.

A big scammer.

On top of that, I have attempted to contact Shadowfax to file a complaint, but they have not even bothered to respond to my tweets, Facebook posts, and emails. They are scamming people.

Several days later, I saw a news that Shadowfax and Meesho had been booked for doing online fraud with many customers.

You're requested to speak with your parents and siblings about not picking up any orders until you have confirmed.
