Shadowfax — Fake product delivered

I did not order anything. I got a call from the Shadowfax delivery guy saying that he has a parcel which is on COD. I thought someone in my family ordered so I paid 537 Rs., as the sum was not very large. There was a piece of black cloth inside. They have all my details- name, phone number and address which made it look like that it was a legit delivery.

I have been trying to reach out to Shadowfax since then and they have been unresponsive. Even the customer care number on their website is not reachable. I checked it online and I found this is how people are getting scammed nowadays.
