Sir, my parcel order SF[protected]PRZ received in nearby delivery station on 24 Jan 24. Then, my item was out for delivery on 27 Jan 24. But delivery boy did not contact me & in evening I got msg that you are not contactable.
Then, I reschedule my order on next day, as today on 28 Jan & also shared my current location. Today, also I got msg for out of delivery of item. But again now I received the same message.
My number is always reachable. I received a message to contact on [protected](delivery boy). When I called him. He didn't answer my call.

So sir, I have requested you, please take appropriate action to deliver my order as earliest as possible.

I had ordered a scalp topper on this website. They had shown a very nice product on ad and when ordered, I got a very cheap and non-usable product. This is not fair. I want my money back and collect your product. There is nothing to talk much, i had ordered this for my mom but you people collected huge amount to give me a trash product that is not usable at all.

They show such good product online, and they deliver all trash and then no clue on returning nd refund. Its gone in the wind. I had t pay my money collect some trash and spend time to check how do i get my money back. If your people are genuine, then come back to me and refund my money and collect your unfit to be used product from me.

On 18th Dec, I got a fake order delivered and it was COD of Rs 699.It was received by the family.Later when checked it was some black long cloth which was not all ordered.I need full refund for this order and this product to be picked up by the delivery person and return it to the headoffice.

The delivery boy named rishi kumar behaved very rude and in an unprofessional manner.
While I was providing him with direction and proper address he misbehaved with me on call and threatened to throw the parcel on road. I was in office and not present on the address so I requested him to deliver it on the address where someone would have accepted it on my behalf but he never listened to me.

He called me and said that he is giving the order to my father and asked for verification otp. I gave him the otp. But instead of delivering the product to my father, he said to him that i wasn't receving his call to verify the otp and so he took the product...

Yesterday i booked a phone from flipkart and choose the open box delivery as too many fruads are going on but shadowfax didnt do the service he rejected to open the box and was very rude and said take the parcel or dont take it doesnt matter to me i will put on return and send back
and in flipkart it clearly stated that if i accept the parcel than i will not get any replacement or damage claims
That guy was so rude didnt respected that he is shouting at the door step at 11pm at night he came with the parcel so late and than he dont even want to wait for 5 min to check also
created the drama before the whole society
