Shadowfax — False Pick Up failed - Delivery boy rude behaviour

Hi, R43889458MY this is my track order received from ShadowFax with respect to my Myntra return pick up. I had been getting a message for the 3rd consecutive day stating pick up failed for your team has assigned none and just because the control is in your hands - Pick up failed message is sent without even attempting the customer - No calls from the delivering boy as well - Over and above when called the delivery boy - his way of communication was the right way of speech. Despite complaint raised the delivery guy has the guts to say that he cant come to my place - I am wondering how Myntra is maintaining a partnership with you guys where the delivery boy is so disrespectful.

Message received today post raising a complaint on the delivery boy for the rude and disrespectful behaviour:

Please now let me know what is the action plan on this as the delivery boy above mentioned seems to be working of his choice - My humble request to Myntra would be stop your partnership as this kind of behavior makes the customer unhappy and you delivery guys are actually spoiling the customer's relationship with Myntra.
