Hi, I ordered something on NYKAA and Shadowfax is the delivery partner I guess and they have not been delivering my item at all. I called NYKAA, Shadowfax with no luck. Nykaa now doesnt seem to refund my money. Nykaa order ID: NYK[protected] Tracking number for shadowfax : SF[protected]NER Both vendors dont seem to help so I have logged a complaint on both NYKAA and Shadowfax. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Jul 25, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Shadowfax tried to deliver the items again. But I had to reject the parcel since Nykaa already refunded the money. Shadowfax customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
