Tracking id:SF[protected]ICY
One of our parcel (tracking id: SF[protected]ICY) was not delivered to the customer. Moreover, its showing delivered status on 13 august at 13:36. On further investigation, we found that the delivery man didn't deliver it to the right address but left it somewhere else( as confessed by him on the phone call conversation). Our customer hasn't received the parcel till date. She left the feedback on 14th evening, next day was national holiday so we were not able to take any action. We asked for proof of delivery from the courier company on 16th but we were denied for it, reason given was pod is available only for three days. We asked for it on 16th august( on the third day) but we were still not given. Noted that she hasn't shared any OTP to the delivery man still he managed to mark it delivered. Please take proper action against the courier company.

    Wrong status update posted by Shadowfax. They were supposed to deliver yesterday and I also called the delivery person yesterday on his number[protected] at 21:08 hours and did not answer.
    The status was updated as ‘customer was not contactable’
    This is wrong

      I am writing to formally address a critical issue regarding a recent delivery handled by your company. Today, I received a cash on delivery (COD) package, for which I paid approximately 949rupees.       Item not delivered SF1083032806NER

      Hi,
      I ordered something on NYKAA and Shadowfax is the delivery partner I guess and they have not been delivering my item at all. I called NYKAA, Shadowfax with no luck.
      Nykaa now doesnt seem to refund my money.

      Both vendors dont seem to help so I have logged a complaint on both NYKAA and Shadowfax....

      I orderd an item from mesho and the package delivery date is on 10th july 2024 but when i tracked the package it says "we could not delivery your package" i think the mobile number you recieved and the mobile number i gave to mesho are different here is my tracking number SF[protected]FPL .
      And i will also attach my screenshot of the mobile number i provided to the mesho cross verify it and my mobile number is [protected]

        Delivery boy misbehaviour and threat

        The guy whenever comes for pickup finds some way to harass me continuously!
        I today received a wrong product for the reason called Meesho and shared the details they checked from their end and created no QC return request for me.
        Now I called the guy and he clearly told me that he is not going to pickup any wrong product.

        My flipkart order was supposed to be delivered on 28/06/2024 by shadowfox. It is showing the order is out for delivery tho They never tried to call me or the alternate number still they're saying that it is a FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT. bruh are you serious you'all never tried to deliver my order and just faking it INSANE AF. I call the delivery guy and he's saying I don't have any parcel with my name. WHAT SHOULD I DO? it's a whole TRAUMA

          Fake product delivered

          I did not order anything. I got a call from the Shadowfax delivery guy saying that he has a parcel which is on COD. I thought someone in my family ordered so I paid 537 Rs., as the sum was not very large. There was a piece of black cloth inside. They have all my details- name, phone number and address which made it look like that it was a legit delivery.

          Today on the 24th of May 2024, My mother received a delivery from a courier stating that it was ordered by us. Even though my mother refused the courier person was adamant that the delivery was for us and that we had to pay 779 rupees irrespective. He was not willing to go away .
          Also because my mother was alone at home at that point of time and did not want to further argue, she paid for it.

          i read reviews over the internet and this company seems to be running a whole scam of sending people deliveries and getting money from them.
          Not sure if the 800 rupees is coming back but we need to make sure the company is shut down before it makes crores of rupees by scamming people

            Package SF[protected]SYP reached Chennai 13th May, It’s 24th May, yet to be delivered despite repeated reminders. Why are Shadow fax even in the courier business ?

              Sir i'm ordered a product in May 1 when the time i'm make the order its says that the product should reach on me at May 11. But till this date (May 16) the product has not reached me. But by looking at the status it is known that the product reached your kollam office on 7 th may.

                Delivery Guy asking for OTP for cancelation

                I haven't ordered any package and receiving delivery from shadowbox.

                While I asked delivery guy for cancelling it.he is asking for OTP.

                Delivery boy is fraud

                Delivery boy said he can't deliver my parcel to to my adress
                he want cancel otp
                but he send me delivery otp
                by mistake I gave him otp
                and he cut my phone
                but I felt my mistake in 1 second
                I call back him he doesn't attend my call
                I do 10 15 time he didn't receive my call after this parcel show delivered
                .it's meesho parcel around 500 rupees prepaid I didn't get my parcel...

                A product ordered from ajio reached near me on 18/04/24 even after theese days they are not delivering the product to me. After i decided to pickup the product directly from there facility but they are not connecting my call

                    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during a recent delivery experience. I believe it is essential to address this matter promptly to improve your services.

                    During a delivery attempt from Shadowfax which I ordered from AJIO online store, the OTP (One-Time Password) for delivery didn't receive. Subsequently, the delivery executive asked my personal details to get it delivered, which I found concerning. As a customer, I expect a secure and efficient delivery process without compromising my privacy.

                          No return pickup but asking otp

                          Hi,
                          I have not placed any return pickup till now but getting call from ShadowFax number [protected] which is pressurising me to give an otp which they are sending. The person says that please give otp for return pickup and when I say that there is no return pickup then he says that ok, if you want to cancel the return then please provide cancellation otp which we have jist sent you. And they keep sending me otps and asks for it....

                          Product reached at destination from 4 days..but delivery not completed

                          Product reached at destination from 4 days..but delivery not completed. Fake delivery attempts were made in tracking information...no calls and information by delivery agent to me.

                          Worst experience.
                          I need the items at the earliest. But this is disgusting....
