Delete shadowfax delivery id

Dear Sir I want to delete my shadow fax ID . In your app there is no option to delete . So please delete all documents and personal information and make me ensure no misuse of our documents in future....

No info on delivery against Tracking ID SF657265084AJI

Order placed on Ajio on 11th July 23 and product dispatched via Shadowfax and sitting in Bangalore from 14th July, as per Ajio app it was to be delivered by 17th then delayed to 19th and now 21st July 23. Shadowfax doesn’t have any contact where customer can find out the actual status. Been 6 days fighting with Ajio and Shadowfax for the status however no reply on delivery. Its already been 4 days since I haven't received my product but in app its showing your product has been delivered and delivery agent is also not answering the call....

Not picking up the product

Product was of Rs 1552/- and i placed order on meesho and i got delivery of completely different product and initiated for a return from customer support help and it's been 3days with 3times pickup attempt .. The shadowfax pickup partner not picking product is ready for pick up and the person is not picking up the product from shadowfax side and he is misguiding me so much and i believed his words and shared...

Courier boy denied delivery

From the last thre days i was talking with the courier boy everytime he was saying lies. Now he is saying that the courier boy on your route is on leave and we dont know when he will return. Till then your courier will be with us. And he was very rude and miss behaving. Now you tell me what to do next. The courier center is at attingal, kerala. SF[protected]FPL is the order id....

Orders not receiving

I have been online for 6 hours straight and received 0 orders, I don't what is happening is this app fake or something😐, all the 3 orders I received yesterday out of 6 hours shift were swiftly done and were on or before time, nd I always revolve around high demand places as well ... Product not delivered while tracking it's says delivered

Ref. to AWB No. SF[protected]FPL dated 27.07.20200 received message going to deliver today... but didn't receive.. when I have done the tracking it's showing delivered at night 9.57pm...It's not delivered..no message too..
the same thing happened before got message delivered but they delivered after 2 days.. after raised a complaint... I think here delivery boys are playing they don't have tab on delivery boys...

Ajio return picked up but they marked as quality check failed

On June 17 (Friday) Shadowfax rider[protected] came & picked up the return order (RT[protected] successfully, took the pickup code from me & told that you will receive a SMS about successful pickup in a few hours and left. But after some time I received a message that the pickup failed due to a quality check. I mean how is that possible? If the quality check didn't pass as per them, then how did the agent picked up the my return order? So...

I have ordered a product from meesho and I have received a defective product so raised a return request and for return pickup they allocate shadowfax as a delivery partner, A delivery guy has come for pickup but the status was qc failed for my item, Later i contacted the pickup partner he has not submited the product in the company and kept the item with him self. without seeing the item how shadowfax report as qc failed I want to return...

Regarding asking of otp by delivery agent

I was returning a product from Ajio but the delivery agent from their delivery partner Shadowfax asked me the OTP without completing the resheduling saying he will not come as he is quite far away and started making excuses like it was a mistake from their part that the request should have been tomorrow . It has angered me as he is taking the CUSTOMER as an ### ....

I had placed an order from Meesho app on 5/April/2022. I got message from shadowfax that product Order Number: SF[protected]FPL has been delivered on 16/April/2022. Meesho products not picked up successfully

Shadowfax delivery boys are very careless, they usually don't pick up my meesho products and cancel my delivery products also without my permission granted.they do their own will in picking and supplying the products at the specified location.please take strict action against these careless delivery boys effectively....

Refund not initiated for a returned product

Product was returned on 11th March 2022. Even after multiple complaints and emails sent there is no response from shadowfax. The seller is also not responding to calls or msgs. No proper customer care is available to reach out and complain to. Need shadowfax team to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. It has been almost more than 2weeks....
