Shadowfax — Misbehaviour of courier official

On morning 10 'O' clock a message received through whatsapp that my parcel ID No. SF[protected]CRD is out for delivery but at about 1015 hrs one courier staff mobile no. [protected] call me and told that I will not deliver the parcel so I returned parcel due to only one parcel is to be delivered to this address and disconnect the call without waiting my reply. After a few second one message received that as per my request the parcel cancelled.in this regard, I continuous complaint register to your customer care but all are vain.
Again, a computerised call received at about 1315 hrs in which the machine asked ready to collect and I applied yes. Then a message received later that call not attended so the parcel delivery cancelled. Again raised a compliant but no any support received from your customer service. After receiving this message I call him and asked for reason for cancel. He said KYA HAI MAI NAHI LEKAR AVUNGA KAL DEKENGE AUR EK PARCEL KELIYE NAHI AVUNGA PHONE RAK in rudely manner. Kindly check the phone call record if available
