Unprofessional behavior and fraudulent practice by delivery boy

Respected authority,

I would like to lodge a complain against delivery boy...(his pH no-[protected])

Return tracking I'd -

R[protected]TDN and
R[protected]TDN

Delivery boy intentionally misbehaved with me whereas he took both the product with him but not updated that...
And threatened me ..

Due to his FRAUDULENT PRACTICE I facing monetary loss. INR 8000.00br...

      I am writing to bring to your attention the delayed delivery of my order, which was supposed to arrive on 3 jan 2025. Unfortunately, it was delayed by three days due to a rerouted pincode.

      I am extremely disappointed with the delay, and I urge you to take immediate action to deliver my order as soon as possible today. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and expedite the delivery process.

      Please confirm if this is feasible and provide me with an estimated delivery time.

        I ordered a product on Flipkart and the promised delivery date was Sunday the 22nd of December. I received a WhatsApp message from Shadowfax stating it is out for delivery however today is 24th December and I'm still waiting. Surprisingly, the Shadowfax Jasola facility is near to my address.

        I rang the number in the message and the person said he is on leave and the company is using his ID to assign deliveries. With these non-ethical behaviors how the companies partnering with them is a serious question.

          I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delivery of my order, with AWB number SF[protected]RAE. The delivery has failed repeatedly since Saturday, December 7, 2024, without any prior call or message informing me of the delivery status.

          Although I received a message with the delivery person's contact number, I have attempted to reach out to them multiple times, but unfortunately, my calls are consistently ignored. This lack of communication is both frustrating and unacceptable, especially when no alternative arrangements or updates have been provided.

          I request immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure the prompt delivery of my order. Kindly provide a clear explanation for the repeated failed deliveries and ensure the delivery person is reachable so we can arrange a suitable time for the package to be delivered.

          I expect a resolution within the next 24 hours and would appreciate your swift response to confirm the status of my order.

              The product I have ordered from amazon which was to be delivered to be by Shadowfax at 1st november 2024 was not delivered reason stated as failed delivery attempted but in reality I have been waiting whole day since I got the message as will be delivered by 9pm today. But it wasnt delivered to me again at night 12am message has been sent to me stating will be delivered by tomorrow. Which was same as first day even I have called the delivery agent as it was given in the message contact delivery agent for accurate delivery but the agent did not picked my calls nor return the calls. Neither replying to the texts I have sent. Even I have raised an issue to Shadowfax regarding this issue the computer generated message showed we will look into the matter and contact you within 24hours but no message replied.

                I would like to express my concern regarding the delivery of my recent order, which has been marked as "near the address" since October 22nd. It is frustrating to see that the delivery date continues to be extended without any updates on when I can expect the items to arrive.

                Additionally, I would like to highlight a previous order that faced similar issues. The items were kept in the hub for three weeks before being returned to the seller, which was very disappointing.

                This pattern of delay and lack of communication is concerning and does not reflect the level of service I expect.
                We are expecting a resolution and justice in this matter as soon as possible.
                I kindly request immediate action to ensure the current order is delivered promptly, and I would appreciate any information on why these delays are occurring.

                Missed to add the point that I have already emailed this to shadowfax multiple times, but it looks like they are not taking any action on it. Very disappointing

                  My tracking no SF[protected]SIZ
                  Shadowdax Delivery guy updating fake details without attempt any call or physical address.
                  Many time I raise complaints from the portal but no response.on Google there is no info about Delivery channel details neither I get any messages about my parcel.

                    I have ordered one product Stylish Black Denim Mid-Rise Cargos For Men which is better larger according to my size and it is not getting picked up because one time the pick-up partner refused to pickup the product from my address and second time the pickup partner has switched off his phone and till now I have not got any customer care service from GlowRoad nor ShadowFax.
                    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and pickup the order.

                      I have recieved a COD order in my husband's name. It was sent through a company named Sai Creation, gujrat. Since there are multiple parcel coming to our home on random basis i recieved it by paying rs 856. But this order was not initiated by me or my husband.
                      This is false order from a company named Sai Creation.
                      I want my money back and i can even return the useless stuff they fooled us with

                        I had a return pick up scheduled on 09 oct. 2024 and the return item was picked up from my address as scheduled. On tracking this order (tracking id - R[protected]]AJI) it is showing that shipment was not received at Shadowfax’s facility on 09 Oct. 2024. Also, at Ajio’s end, it is not showing that pick up was done and they are claiming that no update has been received from courier partner(Shadowfax).

                          I ordered from glowroad and the shipment details shows out for delivery then returned to origin as delivery partner doesn't called and said that customer refused to take order. When I took the number of courier boy from glowroad the delivery boy said ki glowroad ka order hum deliver nahi karte packet dekh kar hi mne return kar diya kyuki aapne time pass ke liye mangaya hai then I said mujhe chahiye order to bolta hai pay kar do la dunga mne bola cod packet hai then he said to kal launga aur next day call ki to kehta hai me off pe hu. And glowroad app par evening me status show hua refused by customer. Order awb number is-sf[protected]aep

                                  I have been tyring to get the order since many days but there is no response from the delivery partners. I ordered on 10th September and the delivery date was 16th September but the order has yet not been delivered from there end. on the Ajio app its showing that its in the nearby warehouse but no one seems to care to deliver it in my place.

                                    I am filing a complaint against Shadowfax for fraudulent activity and poor service. On July 29th, 2024, Shadowfax picked up a saree from Aggarwal Vendors for delivery to our customer, Ms. Neeta Yadav. The delivery was completed on July 30th, 2024, and the customer returned the item to the delivery agent on the same day.

                                    Tracking id is SF[protected]NIM

                                    However, Shadowfax took nearly a month to return the item to us, and when we received the package, the saree we had originally sent was replaced with a blanket. This incident indicates a serious issue with the handling of our goods and raises concerns about possible fraudulent activity.

                                    We request the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against Shadowfax to investigate this matter and ensure that we receive a full refund for the lost merchandise.
