I ordered from glowroad and the shipment details shows out for delivery then returned to origin as delivery partner doesn't called and said that customer refused to take order. When I took the number of courier boy from glowroad the delivery boy said ki glowroad ka order hum deliver nahi karte packet dekh kar hi mne return kar diya kyuki aapne time pass ke liye mangaya hai then I said mujhe chahiye order to bolta hai pay kar do la dunga mne bola cod packet hai then he said to kal launga aur next day call ki to kehta hai me off pe hu. And glowroad app par evening me status show hua refused by customer. Order awb number is-sf[protected]aep

    as yesterday pickup schedule but due to some issue i was not able to receive his call today he came again said neechey aa jao mai upar nahi ayunga my mother said i am not feeling well i am alone at home please come my mother said its your duty nahi toh complaint karni padegi then my mother go down he refuse to collect product he said jha complaint karna hai kar doh.

        I have been tyring to get the order since many days but there is no response from the delivery partners. I ordered on 10th September and the delivery date was 16th September but the order has yet not been delivered from there end. on the Ajio app its showing that its in the nearby warehouse but no one seems to care to deliver it in my place.

          I am filing a complaint against Shadowfax for fraudulent activity and poor service. On July 29th, 2024, Shadowfax picked up a saree from Aggarwal Vendors for delivery to our customer, Ms. Neeta Yadav. The delivery was completed on July 30th, 2024, and the customer returned the item to the delivery agent on the same day.

            Tracking id:SF[protected]ICY
            One of our parcel (tracking id: SF[protected]ICY) was not delivered to the customer. Moreover, its showing delivered status on 13 august at 13:36. On further investigation, we found that the delivery man didn't deliver it to the right address but left it somewhere else( as confessed by him on the phone call conversation). Our customer hasn't received the parcel till date. She left the feedback on 14th evening, next day was national holiday so we were not able to take any action. We asked for proof of delivery from the courier company on 16th but we were denied for it, reason given was pod is available only for three days. We asked for it on 16th august( on the third day) but we were still not given. Noted that she hasn't shared any OTP to the delivery man still he managed to mark it delivered. Please take proper action against the courier company.

              Wrong status update posted by Shadowfax. They were supposed to deliver yesterday and I also called the delivery person yesterday on his number[protected] at 21:08 hours and did not answer.
              The status was updated as ‘customer was not contactable’

                Item not delivered SF1083032806NER

                Hi,
                I ordered something on NYKAA and Shadowfax is the delivery partner I guess and they have not been delivering my item at all. I called NYKAA, Shadowfax with no luck.
                Nykaa now doesnt seem to refund my money.

                I orderd an item from mesho and the package delivery date is on 10th july 2024 but when i tracked the package it says "we could not delivery your package" i think the mobile number you recieved and the mobile number i gave to mesho are different here is my tracking number SF[protected]FPL .

It is showing the order is out for delivery tho They never tried to call me or the alternate number still they're saying that it is a FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT. bruh are you serious you'all never tried to deliver my order and just faking it INSANE AF.                     I did not order anything. I got a call from the Shadowfax delivery guy saying that he has a parcel which is on COD. I thought someone in my family ordered so I paid 537 Rs., as the sum was not very large. There was a piece of black cloth inside. They have all my details- name, phone number and address which made it look like that it was a legit delivery.

                    Today on the 24th of May 2024, My mother received a delivery from a courier stating that it was ordered by us. Even though my mother refused the courier person was adamant that the delivery was for us and that we had to pay 779 rupees irrespective. He was not willing to go away .
                    Also because my mother was alone at home at that point of time and did not want to further argue, she paid for it.

                    i read reviews over the internet and this company seems to be running a whole scam of sending people deliveries and getting money from them.
                    Not sure if the 800 rupees is coming back but we need to make sure the company is shut down before it makes crores of rupees by scamming people
