Shadowfax — No info on delivery against Tracking ID SF[protected]AJI

Order placed on Ajio on 11th July 23 and product dispatched via Shadowfax and sitting in Bangalore from 14th July, as per Ajio app it was to be delivered by 17th then delayed to 19th and now 21st July 23. Shadowfax doesn’t have any contact where customer can find out the actual status. Been 6 days fighting with Ajio and Shadowfax for the status however no reply on delivery. Tweeted enormous times to Shadowfax sent emails to them, no reply how causal attitude. IVR doesn’t work too. I need to know where the product is and when it is getting delivered. If that’s been lost somewhere that’s not customer fault, if have guts let them say the truth or share the delivery date immediately. Money is stuck unnecessarily with Ajio because of Shadowfax.
