Shadowfax — Non-delivery of packages/refusal to deliver packages/lying about office location

Placed an order through Nykaa. It was supposed to be delivered the day before yesterday. I called the rider at around 5pm to confirm if he'll deliver. He assured me, and then never turned up. Exactly at 10:26pm, he gave me one ring on my phone (just to show he tried to call), and then hung up. This is a regular feature with Shadowfax, Siliguri. They caused me a lot of stress and harassment with my previous two shipments from Nykaa as well. I literally had to beg the warehouse manager to send me my packages. I was almost driven to tears. Finally, I was left with no choice but to tell him that I have all my calls with Shadowfax recorded. These recordings capture how they make their customers run from pillar to post just to receive a simple delivery. The recordings also amply prove how they lie and keep the customer in the dark. When I asked where their warehouse was located, they gave me a false address. I had asked for it so I could collect my package myself. Now they're just repeating the same pattern of harassment. Their audacity to treat us this way comes from knowing that they never have to face any consequences for their lying and fraudulent practices. I am simply fed up. They have become a constant source of mental turmoil for me. I just want my package. That's all.
