Shadowfax — Non-delivery of prepaid order and false delivery status updates.

My order shipped via Shadowfax was supposed to be delivered to me by 27th July 2025, but today is 3rd August 2025, and it is still not delivered. The delivery status is falsely updated every day as “customer not contactable, ” even though no one ever contacted me on my phone or came to my address. I have been fully available throughout.

I also tried contacting customer care multiple times via calls and emails, but received no response. The order is important to me and cost ₹1409.44, which is not a small amount.

I request that the issue be resolved immediately and the parcel be delivered without further delay.
