[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Not delivering order and misbehavior of delivery partner

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Shadowfax, the delivery partner for my recent order from mCaffeine.

On 20.10.2025, Shadowfax showed my order as "out for delivery." However, despite multiple attempts, I couldn't reach the delivery partner. They blocked me and falsely updated the status as "customer not responding." I emailed Shadowfax and mCaffeine, but they showed irresponsibility.

Now, my product is being returned to the hub without delivery. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Shadowfax's service.

I request:
1. Immediate delivery of my order or a full refund.
2. An explanation for the mishandling of my order.

I expect a prompt response and resolution.
