I placed two orders on Nykaa and Meesho, unluckily my order was assigned to Shadowfax. Here are the series of incidents that I have been experiencing from the last 20 days with different delivery partners-
1-Not contacting me and uploading fake remarks as customer not reachable
2-Not receiving my call/ Not replying to my WhatsApp and text messages - As I am literally begging them to not cancel my order and telling him that I am at the location and always available on these numbers.
3-I Called on the delivery guy's number that Shadowfax shared and luckily this guy picks up but told me that he no longer works with Shadowfax and has left the job long back
4-One Delivery executive gave me a missed call (1 ring) and hung the call, upon calling him back the next second he didn't respond to my calls for 5 times and then cancels the order stating that customer was not reachable *as expected*
5-Sometimes they upload a fake remark on vehicle breakdown and sometimes other.
In reality they don't even come to the location and upload fake remarks. I am always replying to Shadowfax automated calls and messaged and always confirming that I am available to receive the order, but there has been no contact from the delivery executives.
