[Resolved] Shadowfax — Not picking up the product

Product was of Rs 1552/- and i placed order on meesho and i got delivery of completely different product and initiated for a return from customer support help and it's been 3days with 3times pickup attempt .. The shadowfax pickup partner not picking product is ready for pick up and the person is not picking up the product from shadowfax side and he is misguiding me so much and i believed his words and shared OTP but he cancelled the pickup and went off without giving correct reason and this happened with me 3 times from feb9th and they are just playing with my time patients and please don't trust shadowfax and believe their words they will cheat mislead and run away... Pickup my product as soon as possible please i want my product to be picked up as soon as possible because it's a very high amount purchase of INR 1, 552/-
