I am one of the customers of yours. First of all i need to know that whether is this door delivery service or not??? Why am asking is that people ordering things that they want through online is to get at their door steps otherwise we can buy things from outside right but here the query is the customer agents are not delivering the products at door steps instead they are asking the customers to come to their places to get the ordered products if the customers unable to go to their places they returning the products which is ordered by customers. I really don't know how could they do that without our consideration. I strongly agree that if we are not at the location or don't want products or i[censored]nable to receive then they can cancel the products or can reschedule to next day as their wish but without our permission how can they do this to us. I've ordered some products and the delivery agent called me to quire the address to deliver then I said this is my address when will you come but he said to me that to come to their place to receive but I regret then what he did is not deliver the product to me and cancelled my product as his wish. This is how happening here... And his name is Ediga udhay kumar goud

    Writing from Madurai, Thirupalai. There is a delivery person named mariammal associated with shadowfox who is extremely rude and incompetent. She keeps yelling out names from the street, she never bothers to get out of her vehicle, she refuses to ring the door bell . Even if her calls go unanswered she doesn’t move from her vehicle n continues to scream from the road . When I asked her not to shout from the road she talks back saying she is not a mad person to scream from the road and it’s my duty to come out of the house to collect the package n it’s not her job to ring the bell. I’m not going to buy anything from any platform that engages shadowfox and also I’ll continue to reject the delivery if mariammal continues to deliver to my home.

      With regards to above subject matter
      I paid for my order through online today
      Through shadowfax track page there is options comes like pay now
      I paid through that
      And money also debited but delivery agent says that
      No amount paid

      It’s really worst service I never going order through AJIO
      Very worst service

      I need my product or money back
      I’m attaching required documents regarding this
      Or else I’ll complaint against this in consumer court

      Being a reputed company shouldn’t do services like this

          I ordered meesho product but i received completely different product so requested for exchange. On 31 dec shadowfax executive came for pickup and took product with him. Later in evening I received notification return cancelled and status on shadowfax was showing as Pick up is QC Failed. Tracking number is R[protected]FPL.
          I have attached screenshot of status. Kindly look into this matter and resolve ASAP. Thank you.

            I ordered a product from meesho but I received completely wrong product so I requested for exchange. Today shadow executive came to my place and picked up the product. But the current shadow status is showing as Pick up is QC Failed. My tracking number is R[protected]FPL.It is my humble request either update the status or give me a call back. Thank you

                It's sumit Gupta, my rider id is 2681627, today around 12:30, I have been assigned an order from Apollo 24*7 vaishali sec 5, I reached the destination and Fl id and otp were shared between us. I commuted from shalimar garden and the amount of this delivery was ₹49.00 after sometime the shopkeeper confided that he is short of medicine..I tried to cancel this order from my end but failed. As a result I contacted customer care and he told me to share return otp. I did so. But neither this order has been added into my account nor this amount. Infact the customer care behaved very rude.
                Secondly yesterday I played spin on wheel and fortunately I won Rs 20 for which I was told that this amount would be added in my next order. This is a matter of 26.12.2022.
                But customer care is not taking care of all these things.
                With great hope iam knocking your door. Please do the needful and get my money into my account.
                I shall remain indebted to you..

                I tried to communicate with them and tried to make them understand the gravity of the situation but they didn't take any action and said if you want to leave the job so you can go ahead. Infact they behaved rediciously.

                I did so but no responsible person over there who resolve my problem. Everytime new executive interact with me and I have to elaborate the issue frequently but they didn't take action. Even I approached to Mr. Rashid and Mr. Babu saheb but they didn't respond and that's why I wrote you to get my money.
                I tried to communicate with the help section and tried to make them understand the gravity of the situation but they didn't take any action infact they behaved ridiculous.

                    Hello Sir,

                    i received a call that I have an order from Meeshow and need to pay for delivery.

                    a delivery boy from Shadow Fax company come to my home and took the 800 Payment but the order was never done from our side.

                    it looks like a scam where people are using Meeshow & ShadowFAx.

                    Delivery Boy contact number is :- +91 [protected], when I called him again he said complain wherever you want.

                          The next day I got a message from shadowfax that our delivery executive will pickup your order but as he didn't at the end of the day I got a message that we couldn't reach you..next day I got a same message but again he didn't picked up..i got this message three times..now they stopped sending me messages for my pickup..this is not the first time they are doing this .. they always did that...

                            Today[protected] I declined my customer return because my product was not in the packet, the packet was empty. And when I told the courier boy to give me the POD, I would mark it reject, so he cancelled the return. I have his photo and video and photo of POD. This is the second time I have been scammed by shadowfax.

                                One of my parcels(R[protected]TDN)were supposed to pickup by shadowfax courier but till now they aren't assigned for customer pickup I have to complain to Shadowfax every time for my every pickup and then my pick up happens...everytime it gets on resheduled even though I don't get any call also they ask money for pickups I had also gone to Shadowfax PratapNagar and talked to Hub Incharge (HI) But he is also not taking any action against the delivery executive, he is not even telling about the pickups issue properly, I am warning you for the last time, if my order is not picked up by tomorrow, then I will take action against you in court.. It's has been 2 days from date of pickup but still my pickups not done I have asked for help in everyway but I couldn't get any satisfaction response...from your side... I am very disappointed to get such experience from Shadowfax ...

                                Please let me know within day when my return order pickup Looking forward from hearing you...

                                  Hi good evening team as I put a request to pick up the puma return in puma application, and it is assigned to Shadowfax, but after so many attempt your delivery partner didn't come to pick up the return and whenever he came, he said he never picked up the puma return and make it close by saying that return is canceled by the customer and this is happening from last one month. I'm continuously trying to get in touch with Shadowfax, but I am not getting a any revert
                                  No call from your customer support as many time I fill the form [protected] this is my contact number for anyone superior in Shadowfax.                                     I'm a Registered delivery partner in shadowfax technologies when I have joined they didn't inform me about any charges which are going to be deducted after on boarding but when I on-boarded and started earning after a week they deducted amount of ₹500 from my total earnings of that week and then paid me less payout. Even after complaining and generating ticket they are telling me that these are on boarding charges which they didn't inform me about while I joined. Although I felt these charges are basically usual for every company so I didn't go for any complain but after 2 weeks the company deducted more rupees 500 from my hard earned earnings saying that they are platform usage charges. They didn't informed me anything about platform usage charges being deducted and now they're telling that it's our policy to deduct platform usage charges. It's the month end and I have to pay my credit card bills and at times like this company is deducting money from my pay without even informing which I've already earned delivering multiple orders. After considering vehicle maintenance and petrol charges I am the one going in the losses. They're not even paying proper attention to my complaint since 10 days. Whatever the customer's are rating and providing tips even those are eaten by the company. Distance calculated by the company for the first mile that is my location to restaurant and last mile that is from restaurant to delivery location is totally wrong where each time it shows 0.5 - 1 km less for which payout is also released less while the distance remains same hence incurring loss. This is also a very big gamble by the Shadow Fax company to bag hard earned money of the delivery partner.
