Iam writing to report an issue regarding a payment made through your courier service for an Ajio order that was later cancelled, and to request a refund.
Details of my order are as follows:
-Order placed on Ajio:15 December 2025
-Ajio order id:FN[protected]
-Courier partner:Shadowfax
-Amount paid:1054
-Payment date&mode:21 December 2025, 3.57pm-google pay
-Transaction id:[protected]
The order was originally placed with "Cash on delivery" option on Ajio. However, when the order status on the Shadowfax tracking page showed a "Paid" option, I completed the payment to avoid delays in deliveries. Later the order was unexpectedly cancelled for no reason.Since then, no product has been delivered, but the amount remains deducted. I connected Ajio regarding this matter, but they confirmed the payment was processed via Shadowfax and hence requested me to reach out directly to your support team. Therefore I kindly request you to verify this transaction and initiate my refund at the earliest.
