Shadowfax — Product gets automatically cancelled

I have ordered one product from one of the app and they provide shadowfax tracking no. To track my order. After some days when product was out for delivery they didn't inform us via phone Or message, the courier boy didn't call me and after 5 minutes of out for delivery they updated shipment gets cancelled, I mean seriously without my consent they cancelled my order by own.. Plz take action on such fraud courier company. And it's is not the first time this happens. Almost 4 to 5 times this happen with me.. Plz take action.
